SAMA HOME MAINTENANCE
By booking or confirming any service with Sama Home Maintenance, the customer agrees to the following terms:
Access:
The customer must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. Missed or delayed access will be treated as a completed visit.Utilities:
Water and electricity must be available during service.Safety:
Safe and secure access to all service areas must be provided (including roof or ceiling access when required).Clear Work Area:
Remove obstructions near the service area to allow technicians to work safely.Destructive Access:
If cutting or removing panels, ceilings, or walls is required, the customer bears related costs and restoration.Payment:
All invoices and call-out fees must be paid promptly as per issued invoice.Cancellation:
Rescheduling or cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no access will incur a call-out charge.Liability:
Sama Home is not liable for pre-existing issues or damages unrelated to our work.
Any warranty applies only to the specific service performed.
