Terms & Conditions
1.Scheduling:
All service requests are subject to scheduling based on technician availability and customer location.
2.Unlimited Service Requests:
“Unlimited” refers to the number of requests you can make within the package duration; however, all visits must be scheduled in advance and are limited to operational hours.
3.Response Time:
Standard response time is within 24–48 hours of booking, depending on service priority and workload.
4.Scope of Work:
Packages cover general maintenance services only. Major repairs, material replacements, or specialized work may incur additional charges.
5.Spare Parts:
Spare parts are not included in the package price and will be charged separately if required.
6.Validity:
Package validity begins from the activation date and continues until the end of the subscribed term (3, 6, or 12 months).
7.Cancellation & Refunds:
Packages are non-refundable once activated. However, services can be transferred or rescheduled with prior notice.
8.Access:
The customer must provide safe and clear access to the service area during scheduled visits.
9.Safety & Liability:
Sama Home ensures all maintenance work is performed by trained professionals in accordance with safety standards.
